2. Accommodation Operations
- Housekeeping fundamentals (room cleaning standards and routines)
- Maintenance of guest rooms and facility cleanliness
- Understanding roles between departments (front desk, housekeeping, food services)
3. Japanese Language & Communication
- Hospitality-specific Japanese phrases and vocabulary
- Communication scenarios for guest interaction
- Language practice for everyday workplace use
4. Workplace Culture & Professionalism
- Workplace etiquette (especially in Japan)
- Team communication and service mindset
- Cultural norms expected by Japanese employers
